What is COPOLAD?

COPOLAD III is a drug cooperation program between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean, funded by European Union. We have been cooperating for 5 years to improve the design and application of policies drug policies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
We have worked with more than 300 institutions to achieve this goal and improve the lives of people, especially the most vulnerable.
